Choice between joining forces of light, darkness

Light became (invaded) darkness in a Trojan horse, a baby named Jesus. A baby poses no threat to an adult human, in a kill or die fight. The worst threat may appear to be, at first, non-threatening. The grain of light which invaded darkness long ago waxed and grew strong, until darkness crucified it. Darkness did not celebrate its victory over light. To the Roman empire, the crucifixion was no more than stepping on a bug is to a man.

The light still has not conquered darkness, but it has built a greater empire than Rome did; than Caesar, or Alexander, or Napoleon did. They built their empires on force and darkness. Jesus built his empire on love, that is, on light.

Now, many years later, you and I can choose whether to magnify and intensify light or join the forces of darkness.
