Amendment doesn't give right to hunt on reader's land

Hunting is now engraved in the North Carolina Constitution as a right.
What has changed? Hunters still have to buy a privilege license. They still have to obey all the rules in the 90-page Regulations Digest put out by the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and they still have to obey any local laws.
While hunters now have the right to hunt, that right stops at my property line and any other property line where they do not have landowner permission.
To hunters I say, enjoy your right but do it safely and with permission.
