SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (AP) -- Jaime Barria allowed just two hits over seven innings, leading the Inland Empire 66ers over the Lancaster JetHawks in a 1-0 win on Friday.

Barria (3-3) picked up the win after he struck out four.

The game’s only run was scored in the bottom of the third inning. After hitting a single, Jake Yacinich stole second and then scored on a triple by Kyle Survance.

Colin Welmon (3-1) went six innings, allowing one run and three hits to take the hard-luck loss in the California League game. He also struck out nine and walked two. Greyfer Eregua pitched two scoreless innings for his third save of the season.

The JetHawks were held off the scoreboard for the second time this season, while the 66ers’ staff recorded their third shutout of the year.

Inland Empire improved to 3-1 against Lancaster this season.
