IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (AP) -- Jose Caraballo tripled and doubled as the Idaho Falls Chukars defeated the Helena Brewers 6-4 on Thursday.

Down 1-0 in the second, Idaho Falls took the lead when Caraballo hit an RBI triple and then scored on a sacrifice fly by Julio Gonzalez.

After Idaho Falls added three runs, the Brewers cut into the deficit in the seventh inning when Jesus Lujano hit an RBI single and then scored with Jose Sibrian on a forceout.

The Chukars tacked on another run in the eighth when Kyle Kasser hit an RBI single, scoring Brady Cox.

Tyler Gray (1-1) got the win in relief while Helena starter Blake Lillis (2-2) took the loss in the Pioneer League game. Daniel Duarte recorded his first save of the season.
