Both Williams and Stokley are considered armed and dangerous, the release said.
A third man has already been charged in Baeza’s shooting.

According to police, Baeza, 27, was shot near his residence shortly before 8 p.m. on Dec. 11. Suffering a gunshot to the back, he was first driven by a friend to Sentara Albemarle Medical Center and later airlifted by helicopter to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
A Sentara spokesman listed Baeza's condition Tuesday as good.
