The Elizabeth City-Pasquotank Public School District has lanched a new website for  students, staff, parents, and the community.

The district began the process during the summer and have been working to ensure information available is current, accurate and that the site is easy to navigate. The new website is powered by Finalsite and the web address did not change.

“The ECPPS technology team and Office of Community Schools have worked extremely hard to create a website that will be a useful communication tool for the district and schools, and a reliable information resource for everyone,” states a school district news release.

The new website features much of the same information on our former website, but in a more user-friendly format. The district added a new tab to the website, Pathway to Transparency, to make it easy for stakeholders to quickly find information that pertains to Board of Education and district level meetings, the ECPPS organizational chart, AdvancED Accreditation, NC State Report Cards, reform models, the ECPPS Strategic Plan and more.

Each school has a webpage as well which provides information about the school with links to district information.

A video tour of the website is available at www.ecpps.k12.nc.us as well as the ECPPS Facebook page. For information, contact Tammy W. Sawyer, Director of Community Schools/Public Information at twsawyer@ecpps.k12.nc.us or 252.335.2981 ext. 142.
