In the world of fishing there is a lot of people that will let you know exactly how and where you can catch fish but there are some people that will give you answers like I caught them in the water on a hook, I caught them in the corner of the mouth or some people just say nothing and ignore you completely but when you really need to find good advice, you need to talk to some locals.
