HENDERSON — Police are still trying to figure out how a man and a woman ended up shot to death in a motel room in Henderson.

Authorities said officers checking on reports of a shooting around 3 a.m. Saturday found 34-year-old Kenya Hodges and 33-year-old Jerome Kearney dead inside a room at the Scottish Inn motel.

Investigators said both victims were shot to death and died at the scene.

Police are trying to determine what led to the shooting and who fired the fatal shots. No arrests have been made.
