Husband, wife found dead in Davidson County

CLEMMONS — Davidson County sheriff's deputies continue to investigate the shooting deaths of a couple at their home in Clemmons.

Deputies said 40-year-old Emily Woosley Benbow and her 40-year-old husband, Timothy Shane Benbow, were killed Tuesday.

Investigators say the shooting was domestic related. Sheriff David Grice says investigators are not looking for any suspects. But investigators have not yet called the shootings a murder-suicide.

Deputies say a family member found the couple dead in their home shortly before 2 p.m.. Their 3-year-old daughter was watch television and was not hurt.
