RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — State Department of Revenue investigators say a Raleigh man who ran a tax-preparation service is facing four felony charges for understating his income and overstating his expenses for 2006 through 2009.

The News & Observer of Raleigh reports (http://bit.ly/YOfjYW ) that 58-year-old Segun Fester Ajibulu is also charged with one misdemeanor count of failure to file a state tax return in 2010.

Ajibulu listed himself online as chief executive officer of Mr. S Tax Services since 1998. But an arrest report said that when he was apprehended, Ajibulu told officials he is unemployed,

Revenue officials declined to discuss how much money the charges involve while the case is pending.

Ajibulu was being held at the Wake County Detention Center on $104,000 bail. It's not known if Ajibulu has an attorney.
