LORIS, S.C. (AP) — A third person has been arrested in the shooting deaths of a man and his son in Horry County.

U.S. Marshals arrested 22-year-old Odom Bryant on Tuesday in Columbus County, N.C. Bryant is being taken to Horry County, where he's charged with two counts of murder and one count of burglary.

In August, police charged 40-year-old Sandy Lee Locklear of Tabor City, N.C., with shooting and killing her husband, Amos Hatfield, and his son, Thomas Howard Hatfield, at their Loris home.

Officials say Amos Hatfield had bought a Tabor City home for his wife, while he lived with his son in Loris. Another man has also been charged with murder and burglary. Nehemiah Evans turned himself in last month.

It wasn't known if any of the suspects had attorneys.
