Uh, Doh-Oh! How does she expect to get [any] information back from the GAO? In a just released report from the U.S Census Bureau; The nation is projected to reach the 400 million population milestone in 2039. That is an increase in population of 100 million in the next 30 years! In 2050, the US population is projected to be more than 30 percent Hispanic (up from 15 percent in 2008), 15 percent black (up from 13 percent in 2008) and 9.6 percent Asian (up from 5.3 percent in 2008). Minorities, now roughly one-third of the U.S. population, are expected to become the majority in 2042, with the nation projected to be 54 percent minority in 2050. 3/4th of this population growth is directly related to the influx of foreign aliens and their offspring totaling some 2.4 million each and every year!!

Assuming the same ratio of population and infrastructure needs the US will need to build 36,000 schools, 52 million additional housing units and construct enough roads to handle another 90 + million cars !

Such dramatic increases will effect many issues that Americans are concerned about including the environment, traffic congestion, spral and the loss of open spaces. This massive increase also would have implications for the size and scope of government. More densely populated societies almost always are more heavily regulated societies !

To carry on an argument with legal, I have said it before, and I will say it again. Right now, the USA is a de facto wide open colony for Mexico. Practically every living soul in Mexico has a relative here, and can be sponsored for legal residency. I wonder how Mexicans would feel if 20 million gringos tried to migrate into their territory. It would be total war!!!!!! Oh, and let’s not forget about the free social services, medical care, foodstamps, etc. But, on the other hand, we are the evil white people, so we owe everyone else the shirts off our back, right?

Now, let me continue in a similar vein. Does anyone remember the El Salvador civil war in the 70’s and 80’s. Our govt was involved because we wanted to thwart Cuba’s role. When it was over our State Department wanted to let ‘refugees’ in from that country. I met a few Salvadoreans in Dallas, and hoped their lives would be good. Here it is 25 years later, and many children of the Salvadorean refugees became MS-13 gang members. But, oh shucks, I forgot. We owe the entire third world the shirts off our backs, don’t we?

This is a logical fallacy. The logic is:

If that a person kills because he is is bad, and not because he is an illegal alien, then illegal aliens don’t kill.

The correct logic is:

If bad people who are illegal aliens kill, then there are illegal aliens who kill.

These people who believe that the crimes of illegals in the US are not a problem should offer up their loved ones so that if an illegal want to commit a crime thay just need to seek out someone whose family won’t care.

Maybe if our elected officials and their loved ones had to suffer the pain and loss that illegals have inflicted on citizens and legal residents they would understand that life will never be the same.

Zoe, which of your family members is to be first on the list? I’m sure that given the rate illegals are committing crimes, it won’t be long before you have a chance to find out.

I am a United States Citizen, born in Montana, and raised in the southwest. I, like my fellow citizens, believe in the rule-of-law. Above all, my country will have law and order.

If you are an immigrant who filled out his forms, waited for background checks, entered this country legally, and are here to make a better life for yourself, contribute to the society, and believe in the rule-of-law, then I say, Welcome to my country. I hope you find it as rich as I do. You don’t have to become a citizen, if you don’t want to, that is your right. You may find that citizenship has great rewards, but it often includes grave reponsibilities.

The jury system of Texas is mired in one of those responsibilities right now.

If you commit a murder in my country, we will kill you for it. I don’t care if you’re a wall street banker, or an illegal alien from Mars. When we catch you, we will put you to death, and I for one, applaud that action, and will continue to VOTE for that action. Another grave responsibility.

I am curious how people, whose very first act in coming to my country, is to break the law, and then continue to break the laws of this land have the audacity to claim the constitution guarantees their rights. When in fact the constitution guarantees my rights as a U.S. Citizen. You have your own constitutions, laws, rulers, whatever and none of them will protect in my country. The fact that we extend some of these guarantees to our visitors is entirely by our choice, don’t forget it’s our country.

If you break the law in my country, I will see you go to prison. And I will continue to vote for that action, as well as representatives who agree with my position, on the rule-of-law. I will continue to vote for border security and I believe in a minimum 5 year felony for first offense, crossing my sovereign country’s border illegally.

Above all, as a citizen, I will not have anarchy in my streets, and will continue to support my Police, Border Patrol and Army, who will remove you from my streets, as I pay them to do. Should their leadership decide not to, I will vote for someone who will.

A grave responsiblity sometimes, but I will have rule-of-law. I will not stop. I am an American Citizen, and I HAVE RIGHTS that patriots fought and died for.

If you are in my country illegally, then I suggest you leave now, because I fully support throwing you in prison before they send you home, and no amount of crying, whining and protesting will change my vote.

Athens Banner Harold A Clarke County Juvenile Court judge ruled Friday a 15-year-old Athens boy will be prosecuted as an adult for allegedly running over and killing a woman as she walked along Commerce Road in June. Authorities say Gonzalez-Perez was at the wheel of a borrowed pickup truck the night of June 14 when it swerved onto the shoulder and hit 19-year-old Nayasheika Cooper from behind. Gonzalez-Perez allegedly was drunk at the time. A Mexican national, he is in the country illegally and worked at a local poultry plant under an assumed identity.

Atlanta Business Chronical Sept 12 Francisco Santillan Arellano, 36, pleaded guilty on Friday to charges of conspiracy to make and sell fraudulent Social Security cards, permanent resident cards (green cards) and driver’s licenses, and to identification document fraud and aggravated identity theft.

Arellano, also known as “El Padrino” (The Godfather), was the head of a fraudulent document manufacturing and sales ring that distributed its products to illegal aliens. He admitted to law enforcement authorities he employed at least 17 people in metro Atlanta to run the fraudulent document business for at least two or three years prior to his arrest on March 25. The ring operated at least two document labs at apartments in the Forest Park and Lindbergh-Buford Highway areas. Arellano admitted the ring sold about 90 sets of fraudulent documents every week.

Arellano was indicted in April 2008. He pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy, one count of identification document fraud, and one count of aggravated identity theft. He could receive a maximum sentence of 12 years in prison and a fine of up to $750,000. He is subject to a mandatory minimum sentence of at least two years in federal prison.
