CAMDEN — One Camden resident has already paddled a canoe down Bunker Hill Road after Hurricane-driven rains flooded streets in his neighborhood. Gregg Stewart of Pudding Ridge Road said he can’t imagine what’s next if a new subdivision adds more storm runoff to the mix.
