Good luck to them. Sounds

Good luck to them. Sounds like they know something about the restaurant business, unlike the previous crowd running that place.

Long live the good steak dinner!!

It has been far too long since the residents of the area were able to go out locally and find a really good steak. We went to the one that used to sit over beside Office Max... great steaks maybe? It was many moons ago and that place had changed hands numerous times since. We had family visiting and had been told what a wonderful place it was to eat. Our steaks were anything but great... and that was the last steak I had locally in a restaurant. I now drive a ways to VA when I'm in the mood for a good steak and not in the mood to grill one myself.

A good steak starts with a good cut of meat. Good steaks don't have the be fancy - good beef is able to stand on its own and shine! I look forward to this opening and can't wait to try it!

Pacific Northwest flavors

I am excited to see that a West Coast restauranteur will be coming to this city; hurrah! Welcome to the enchantment of northeast North Carolina!

I'm So Happy!

I'm so happy the restaurant will re-open! The thought of a good steak and some seafood sounds wonderful. A big welcome to the Chin family!

Totally agree!

EC is in dire need of a good steak and seafood restaurant. Most especially good steaks. I wish them all the best in their endeavors!
