CURRITUCK — An advisory board made up of Currituck business owners has advised county commissioners it wants more input on how the county spends taxpayer dollars on tourism.

Yeah, they should do like Dare and let un-elected, un-accountable people have all of the money. What is wrong with helping some of the business people not on the beach benefit from all of the tourists?
