MAPLE — Currituck County and College of The Albemarle officials have long said the Regional Aviation and Technical Training Center, which opened last August, was the result of a special partnership.

Congratulations!

Perhaps you and your staff can come over to Elizabeth City and explain to our City Council how you managed to get such a program up and running while they are trying to find fault with our City Manager and Mayor for trying to do the same thing.
