COROLLA — The eight candidates in next month’s Republican primary for Currituck commissioner have different ideas about who should decide how tax revenues collected from vacationers should be spent.

Did the Float in the Parade

For those using the Float in the Parade as an excuse for commissioners to hold on to the tourism funds: did the float cost $10 Million? What else was done for tourism $$ in Dare County? I have seen a commercial featuring the Dare OBX that is quite well done.
