'Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive'?
What?
The entire community benefits from a specific business activity? How? The taxes collected cannot out weigh the negatives here. I cannot imagine that our small population is generating all the junk that supports all the junk yards we have. Is the junk being hauled in from neighboring (and out of state) areas? Do we really need to have junk hauled into this county? Don't we have enough highway traffic already? Seems like there is only one beneficiary and that is the business owner.
