Two suspects will face appearances Monday morning in Pasquotank County District Court after Elizabeth City police charged them with peddling illegal drugs out of an apartment just off Walker Avenue.

Jail officials have no record of these people being held in their facility.
This is why we need the Feds in on every drug bust, every gang collar, everything that could even remotely be considered as a criminal enterprise.
If these thugs have been released on bond, I have two questions, 1. why was their bond so low, and 2. Where the heck did these people get bond money?
I firmly believe that we could tidy up alot of issues by recalling an old law, which used to be "no visible means of support."
