As Mike Turner sits at a table in a street side café in the Ouarzazate region of Morocco, he converses with friends in a language that is the subject of his research. It’s research he’s conducted as a Fulbright U.S. Student Program grant recipient, in place he first became familiar with as a Peace Corps volunteer.
