Jason and Kelly Meads of Elizabeth City announce the birth of their son, Walker Allen Meads, in Elizabeth City on July 11, 2009. He weighed 6 pounds, 3 ounces and was 19 inches long. He joins a brother, Waylan.
The maternal grandparents are Lynn Weeks and Allen Weeks of Elizabeth City.
The paternal grandparents are Walter Ray and Jo Meads of Elizabeth City.
The great-grandparents are EW and Marie Old of South Mills.
