Parker Thomas Nixon proudly announces the birth of his baby brother, Graham James Nixon, born Sept. 4 at Albemarle Hospital.

Graham weighed 8 pounds 8 ounces and measured 21 inches long.

Parker and Graham belong to John and Kesha Nixon of Hertford.

They are the grandchildren of Jimmy and Darlene Harrell and Billy and Margie Nixon, all of Hertford.
