Steinburg's the man!

Rep. Bob Steinburg has done an excellent job in representing northeastern NC in Raleigh during the short time he's been in office. He's a man of conviction, not afraid to explain where he stands. He religiously responds to his constituents when they have questions. How refreshing in a politician. The future looks bright for NC because of the good works of Rep. Bob and others like him. Keep up the good work Rep. Bob, you deserve at least two more years. You make us proud.

Steinburg wins again!

I have to go with Steinburg. People who are trying to divide us because of where somewhere is born is more poison than someone who is dividing us on the content of issues.

Thank you

Thank you Mr. Meiggs. We know that you are more qualified, have better knowledge of the area, and will make us proud, unlike the clown Steinburg. Perhaps our Steinburg nightmare is over. What a total goof ball we sent to Raleigh in 2012. There is hope. Hopefully a Republican will also challenge the New York bully. Unfortunately he may have already scarred his Republican opposition out of the race. Thank you Mr Meiggs, at least we now have a choice.

'Unaffiliated'?

You should change your screen name after such a diatribe as that. A sensible, informed voter-population (from which we suffer a dearth of, unfortunately) would be wise to vote out any supporter of the current administration in Washington, D.C., whose deceit becomes more evident every day. If things keep going the way they are, we won't have any local reps, because the 'Man with the pen and the phone' will put them all out of work and run everything himself.
