CAMDEN — Camden commissioners agreed Monday to rezone land for a new subdivision in a flood-prone area that neighbors say will only aggravate problems with poor drainage.

If the plan is adopted, residents would be charged a fee for stormwater drainage in the same way they are billed for water and sewer services." Residents are already charged a fee for Joy's/Joyce Creek maintenance but can't get the water there! Bassackwards planning at its best.
