A draft of a new facilities master plan for College of The Albemarle envisions construction of nine new buildings, including two on the Elizabeth City campus, over the next six years at a cost of $50 million.

Her comment is completely on target and I would like to hear every politician and "wanna be" politician answer this question without any side stepping.

COA budget

It's hard to believe they want to put up six new buildings while just a few weeks ago there was an article about raising taxes to put a new roof on the existing building.
