What was it considered?

The event held at Southgate Mall late last year had many rides and was open for a week. This is also inside of the city limits. Why was it allowed to operate for a week? Please advise.

Honestly, is a potato festival the best Ecity

can do? The only true asset Ecity has is the harbor (every place has good people). Market that asset. Have a yachting festival. Incorporate the USCG. Their beyond excellent service is a competing asset for a festival. Bring class to the festival, not cholesterol injections.
