Mariner's Landing: an exciting new community

With prices starting at $295,900 for a semi-custom built home, along with numerous proposed amenities including a club house, walking trails, a pool and more, Mariner's Landing may just be the most exciting new development to hit the Albemarle area this year.

This year, Portfolio Real Estate Services opens the first of several new home communities, the first being Mariner's Landing.
