Jenna Skittlethorpe Pierce, 24, of the 300 block of South Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 1 and charged with assault with deadly weapon and communicating threats.

Donald Williams, 33, of the 1300 block of Lowe Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 25 and charged with two counts of failing to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,300 secured bond.

Dorothy Elizabeth Stallings, 24, of the 2700 block of West Main Street, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons March 27 and charged with simple assault and affray.

Meghan Shawna Berry, 27, of the 1600 block of Morgans Corner Road 6, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 26 and charged with passing a worthless check and two counts of failure to appear in court as required. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,500 secured bond.

Burome Vincent Brumfield, Jr., 19, of the 100 block of Matthews Drive, Elizabeth City, was issued a citation March 27 and charged with possession of alcohol under age 21.

Keegan Elizabeth Ulch, 16, of the 100 block of Brantwood Drive, Elizabeth City, was issued a citation March 27 and charged with possession of alcohol under age 21.

Keith Thomas Johnson, 48, of the 1100 block of Northside Road 8, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 31 and charged with communicating threats. A $1,200 unsecured bond was set.

Daniel Travis Edwards, 26, of the 900 block of Albemarle Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 27 and charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana and maintaining a place for drugs. A $10,000 unsecured bond was set.

Yevette J. Lee, 35, of the 900 block of Highway 158 W, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons March 27 and charged with communicating threats.

Vickie Egan Creasy, of the 600 block of Egan Lane, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons March 27 and charged with passing a worthless check.

Susan Neal Matousek, 43, of the 400 block of Princess Anne Court, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 28 and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting a public officer and misuse of 911 phone system. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,500 secured bond.

Christopher Neil Meads, 35, of the 200 block of Hobbs Landing Road, Elizabeth City, was issued a citation March 25 and charged with stop sign violation and expired registration plate.

Willis Cohoon Watts, 38, of the 400 block of Firetower Road, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal citation March 27 and charged with passing a worthless check.

Raymond Ronnie Clore, Jr., 28, of the 100 block of Olivet Lake Circle, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 1 and charged with underage tattooing. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $200 secured bond.

Lycurtis Leevolia Sutton, 21, of the 800 block of Ray Street, Elizabeth City, was issued a citation April 2 and charged with possession of schedule VI of a controlled substance.

Audrey Lynn Hogue, 45, of the 100 block of Wildflower Way, Newbern, was arrested April 3 and charged with disorderly conduct.
