Elizabeth City Police

Quayshaun Laquan Banks, 16, of the 500 block of Roanoke Avenue, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 10 and charged with simple assault. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.

Alphonso Lamonte Washington, 39, of the 400 block of W. Main Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 10, and charged with larceny and possession of stolen goods. A $300 unsecured bond was set.

Perquimans Sheriff

Justin Mills, of the 200 block of Great Hope Church Road, Hertford, was arrested April 1 and charged with reckless driving and failure to appear in court for failure to wear seat belt. A $500 secured bond was set.

Kelly Lee, of the 100 block of Meads Circle, Hertford, was arrested April 2 and charged with assault and battery. A $250 secured bond was set.

Jimmie Ritter, of the 100 block of Bluebird Lane, Hertford, was arrested April 3 and charged with possession paraphernalia and felony possession of schedule II. A $1,500 secured bond was set.

Melinda Randolph, of the 100 block of Bluebird Lane, Hertford, was arrested April 3 and charged with felony possession of schedule II of a controlled substance. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Antrel Wood, of the 400 block of Chapanoke Road, Hertford, was arrested April 5 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $500 secured bond was set.

Norman Sawyer, of the 400 block of White Hat Road, Hertford was arrested April 6 and charged with animal control ordinance.

Junior James, of the 400 block of Woodville Road, Hertford, was arrested April 8 and charged with passing a worthless check.

Quandra Walker, of the 200 block of Boat Ramp Road, Hertford, was arrested April 8 and charged with disorderly conduct. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

Angela Proctor, of the 600 block of Burnt Mill Road, Hertford, was arrested April 8 and charged with simple assault.

James Proctor, of the 600 block of Burnt Mill Road, Hertford, was arrested April 8 and charged with assault on female.
