Elizabeth City Police
Marvin Ivan Zauala, 18, of the 400 block of E. Burgess St., Elizabeth City, was arrested March 28 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $50,000 secured bond.
Milton Lee Barcliff, 23, of the 300 block of Westover St., Elizabeth City, was arrested March 29 and charged with simple assault and possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $2,000 secured bond.
Raven Chapell, 24, of the 900 block of N.C. Highway 343, Shiloh, was arrested March 29 and charged with assault on a law enforcement officer. She was released on a written promise to appear in court.
Gregory Mark Jones, 24, of the 600 block of N.C Highway 343, Camden, was arrested March 29 and charged with engaging in a simple affray. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $400 secured bond.
Juane Tykeem Jennings, 18, of the 1400 block of River Road, Lot 85, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 29 and charged with resisting, delaying or obstructing a police officer and disorderly conduct. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.
William Orlando Bowser, 33, of the 100 block of Mackey St., Elizabeth City, was arrested March 31 and charged with a probation violation. A $5,000 unsecured bond was set.
Catherine Orita Griffin, 48, of the 1000 block of Southern Ave., Elizabeth City, was arrested March 31 and charged with trespassing. She was released on a written promise to appear in court.

Delton Doane Mallory, 30, of the 700 block of Southern Ave., Elizabeth City, was arrested April 2 and charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $7,500 secured bond.
James Elwood Everett, 62, of the 200 block of Oak Grove Avenue, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 2 and charged with secreting lein property. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.
Clinton Aaron Mallory, 29, of the 1000 block of Butler Lane, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 2 and charged with assault on female. He was confined at ADJ for 48 hours.

Douglas Gene Cowell, 25, of the 700 block of Greenleaf Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 3 and charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule II of a controlled substance and selling or delivering schedule II of a controlled substance. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $4,000 secured bond.
Lashauna T. Mallory, 31, of the 1000 block of Butlers Lane, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons April 3 and charged with communicating threats and harassing phone calls.
