Elizabeth City Police
Darryl Andre Sylvester, 23, of the 100 block of Roscoe Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 2 and charged with driving while license revoked and failure to heed a siren. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.
Quincy Ty Commander, 23, of the 200 block of Graves St., Elizabeth City, was arrested April 2 and charged with felony hit-and-run.
Delton Doane Mallory, 30, of the 700 block of Southern Ave., Elizabeth City, was arrested April 2 and charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $7,500 secured bond.
James Elwood Everett, 62, of the 200 block of Oak Grove Ave., Elizabeth City, was arrested April 2 and charged with secreting lein property. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.
Clinton Aaron Mallory, 29, of the 1000 block of Butler Lane, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 2 and charged with assault on female. He was confined at ADJ for 48 hours.
Merita Zendeli, 39, of the 1700 block of Bay Drive, Kill Devil Hills, was arrested April 4 and charged with driving while impaired and following too closely. A $500 secured bond was set.
Benny Michael Elkins, 50, of the 200 block of Main St., South Mills, was arrested April 2 and charged with driving while license revoked. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.
Sabrina Lynn Wheeler, 20, of the 200 block of Japonica Drive, Camden, was arrested April 5 and charged with failure to appear in court. A $500 secured bond was set.
Charles Lee Nash, 42, of the 1000 block of N.C. Highway 343 North, Camden was arrested April 6 and charged with driving while impaired. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.
Nicholas Anton Bogues, 17, of the 200 block of Belcross Road, Camden, was arrested April 5 and charged with assault on female, communicating threats and simple assault. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
Lashauna T. Mallory, 31, of the 1000 block of Butlers Lane, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons April 3 and charged with communicating threats and harassing phone calls.
