Elizabeth City Police

Trevon Demark McCullen, 26, of the 1000 block of Goodwin Avenue, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 5 and charged with simple assault and communicating threats. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $250,000

secured bond.

Santonio Taurus Gregory, 23, of the 600 block of U.S. Highway 158, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 6 and charged with breaking and entering, larceny and possession of stolen goods. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $2,000 secured bond.

Mary Gale Bryant, 57, of the 1100 block of Commissary Road, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons April 6 and charged with simple assault.

Jermell Grubbs, 18, of the 300 block of W. Cypress Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 6 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $300 secured bond.

Kendall Joseph Ranknis, 21, of the 1000 block of Wareham Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 7 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. He was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Dominique Lee Simmons, 19, of the 800 block of U.S. Highway 158, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 7 and charged with assault on female. He

was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Alexander Tyshawn Johnson, 17, of the 500 block of W. Fearing Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 7 and charged with possession of alcohol under 21. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Troy Wagus Eason, of the 800 block of Highway 158, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 7 and charged with assault on female, assault by pointing a gun and injury to personal property. He was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Antoine Tyrone Williams, 19, of the 1000 block of Northside Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 7 and charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $25,000 secured bond.

Charles Fletcher Scherb, of the 100 block of Teal Court, Grandy, was arrested April 7 and charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $25,000 secured bond.

Floyd Chester Hampton, of the 400 block of Elcinoco Drive, Elizabeth City, was issued a citation April 8 and charged with driving while license revoked and expired registration.

Dexter Alexander Green, of the 900 block of Simpson Ditch Road, Elizabeth City, was issued a citation April 8 and charged with driving while license revoked.

Theodore Benjamin Bowen, II, of the 100 block of Betty Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 8 and charged with

harassing phone calls. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Brian Christopher Goodrow, 33, of the 400 block of Okisko Road, was arrested April 8 and charged with open container and driving while license

revoked.
