Elizabeth City Police

Santiago Tovar Guevara, 23, of the 700 block of Fleetwood Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 16 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $3,000 secured bond.

Nieala Brashe Wyche, 17, of the 700 block of Parsonage Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 16 and charged with larceny and possession of stolen goods. She was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Ja'lesha Renee Weeks, 16, of the 100 block of Hyman Circle, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 16 and charged with larceny and possession of stolen goods. She was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

William Daryl Bell, Jr., 17, of the 500 block of York Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 16 and charged with larceny and possession of stolen goods. He was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.
