Dexter Alexander Green, of the 900 block of Simpson Ditch Road, Elizabeth City, was issued a citation April 8 and charged with driving while license revoked.

Theodore Benjamin Bowen, II, of the 100 block of Betty Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 8 and charged with harassing phone calls. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Brian Christopher Goodrow, 33, of the 400 block of Okisko Road, was arrested April 8 and charged with open container and driving while license

revoked.

Timothy Leon Stokley, III, of the 600 block of Crooked Run Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 8 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $5,000 secured bond.

Martin Luther Burley, of the 400 block of E. Burgess Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 10 and charged with possession of a controlled substance in a jail premises. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.

Victor Eugene White, Jr., 22, homeless, was arrested April 11 and charged with injury to real property and communicating threats. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Lindsay Dawn Armstrong, 32, of the 300 block of Dyer Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 11 and charged with possession of schedule II of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.

Kenan Avery White, 20, of the 1500 block of Paradise Road, Edenton, was arrested April 12 and charged with possession of schedule II of a controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle for controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $4,500 secured bond.

Shon Eric Waterfield, 30, of the 100 block of Shannonhouse Road, Edenton, was arrested April 12 and charged with possession of schedule II of a controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $4,500 secured bond.

Latisha Lynette Hekstall, 26, of the 1300 block of Normal Avenue, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 13 and charged with injury to personal property. She was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Melvin Leroy Ferrow, 47, homeless, was arrested April 14 and charged with breaking an entering and injury to real property. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $400 secured bond.

Chiquita Rosita Bryant, 26, of the 1300 block of Eastway Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 14 and charged with breaking and entering, injury to real property and drug paraphernalia. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $400 secured bond.

Larry White, of the 2300 block of Currituck Highway, Currituck, was arrested April 14 and charged with breaking and entering and injury to real property. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $400 secured bond.

Alfonzo Green, 21, of the 1300 block of Eastway Drive, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons April 14 and charged with harassing phone calls and resisting, delaying or obstructing a police officer. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $300 secured bond.

Ronald Jay Bagley, 22, of the 700 block of North Road Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 14 and charged with simple assault.

Letroy Terrel Whidbee, 32, of the 200 block of Pinewood Avenue, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 14 and charged with unauthorized use of motor vehicle. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

Anika Edwards, 27, of the 700 block of Martin Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 16 and charged with larceny. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $200 secured bond.

Gorver Lee vans, 57, of the 1500 block of College Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 17 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. A $500 secured bond was set.

Charles W. Welch, Sr., 44, of the 900 block of Brooks Avenue, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons April 18 and charged with passing a worthless check.

Jamie Michelle Alexander, 32, of the 1000 block of Walkers Avenue, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 18 and charged with failure to appear in court as required.

Tyrese Stokley, of the 400 block of E. Burgess Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 18 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $30,000 secured bond.

Charlene Denise Nelson, 30, of the 600 block of Herrington Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 18 and charged with driving while impaired. She was released on a written promise to appear in court.
