Tiffany Kristian Anderson, 32, of the 1800 block of Vine Street, Elizabeth City, was issued a citation April 18 and charged with driving while impaired and driving while license revoked.

Daisha Lasaundra Evans, 20, of the 800 block of Westway Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 18 and charged with passing a worthless check.

Alyssa B. Cowell, 32, of the 200 block of E. Broad Street, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons April 18 and charged with passing a worthless check.

Anita Respass Williams, 40, of the 200 block of W. Burgess Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 18 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $250 cash bond.

Victor Lazcano, 22, of the 1100 block of Ball Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 19 and charged with driving while impaired. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $300 secured bond.

Daniel John Edick, 45, of the 7500 block of Caratoke Highway, Jarvisburg, was arrested April 19 and charged with driving while impaired and open container. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Gregorio Lazcano Monitiel, 22, of the 1100 Ball Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 19 and charged with no operator's license. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $300 secured bond.

Jemal Rasule Hopson, 34, of the 100 block of Woodstock I, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 19 and charged wit common law robbery and assault and battery. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a 21,000$ secured bond.

Janay Darrisha Hill, 19, of the 1400 block of Northway, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 19 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $600 secured bond.

Warren Anthony Poole, Jr., 28, of the 1300 block of Campground Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 19 and charged with trespassing. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Matthew Scott Sconci, 22, of the 900 block of Tuscarora Avenue, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 20 and charged with failure to appear in court as required.

Chelsae Jordan Bank, 18, of the 900 block of W. Main Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 23 and charged with failure to appear in court as required, larceny and possession of stolen goods. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $3,000 secured bond.

Lemeyon Clayshawn Walker, homeless, was arrested April 23 and charged with resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.
