Camden Sheriff

Joshua Martin Mustico, 27, of the 100 block of Run Swamp Road, Camden, was arrested April 30 and charged with speeding, and resisting, delaying or obstructing a deputy. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Michael Ned Stanton, 52, of the 4200 block of Caratoke Highway, Coinjock, was arrested May 1 and charged with maintaining a place for a controlled substance, possession of schedule II of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Mary Marie Spence, 23, of the 700 block of Okisko Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested May 3 and charged with driving while impaired and driving while license revoked. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

James Edward McPherson, Jr., 28, of the 2600 block of Willis Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 28 and charged with trespassing. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

Marquis Devon Felton, 20, of the 700 block of Beech Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 29 and charged with assault on a female and communicating threats. He was confined at ADJ for 48 hours.

William Earl Barcliff, 44, of the 800 block of Roanoke Avenue, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 28 and charged with failure to appear in court as required.

Ashley Latoya Cole, 20, of the 1700 block of Weeksville Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 29 and charged with larceny, and possession of stolen goods/property. She was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Ynisha Charyvon Robinson, 21, of the 1700 block of Weeksville Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 29 and charged with larceny and possession of stolen goods. She was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Rynesha Aignes Bond-Ross, 21, of the 1700 block of Weeksville Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 29 and charged with larceny and possession of stolen goods. She was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Amanda Jessie Varner, 27, of the 3300 block of Highway 94 N, Columbia, was arrested April 27 and charged with larceny. She was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Noah Shane Dudley, 25, of the 100 block of Spruill Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 25 and charged with assault on female. He was confined at ADJ.

Mark Justin Gates, 34, of the 100 block of Spruill Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 26 and charged with reckless use of a firearm. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $400 secured bond.

Tracy Ann Clinton, 32, of the 1100 block of Four Forks Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 18 and charged with possession of less than one and a half, drug paraphernalia and probation violation. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.
