Susan Neal Matousek, of the 400 block of Princess Anne Circle, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 19 and charged with disorderly conduct. She was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

James Douglas Stroud Jr. was arrested June 19 and charged with failure to appear in court as required and civil contempt of court. A $310 bond was set.

Ricky Markees Sutton, of the 200 block of Native Dancer Court, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 20 and charged with possession of schedule II of a controlled substance. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $15,000 secured bond.

Jean Ann Hanry, of the 1400 block of River Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 20 and charged with assault inflicting serious injury.

Martin Rodriguez-Gonzalez, of the 500 block of White St., Elizabeth City, was arrested June 21 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $15,000 secured bond.

Shawana Matoya Mitchell, of the 900 block of Tuscarora Ave., Elizabeth City, was arrested June 21 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. She was confined at ADJ.

Jermaine Childress, of the 700 block of Roanoke Ave. Elizabeth City, was arrested June 21 and charged with giving false information to an officer and driving while license revoked. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.

Mario Perez Gonzalez, of the 500 block of White St., Elizabeth City, was arrested June 21 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $15,500 secured bond.

Maryssa Carolyn Parker, of the 300 block of Roundtree Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 21 and charged with simple assault. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $200 secured bond.

Doreen Land, 31, of the 100 block of Howell Street, Winfall, was arrested June 22 and charged with financial card fraud. She was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Joanne Marie Hodges, of the 700 block of W. Colonial Avenue, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 23 and charged with larceny by employee. A $5,000 unsecured bond was set.

Latasha Lanette Carter, of the 400 block of Davis Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 23 and charged with failure to appear in court as required.

William Thomas James, of the 1300 block of Southern Avenue, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons June 24 and charged with injury to personal property.

Alan Andrew Kluge, of the 200 block of Cypress Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 24 and charged with failure to appear in court. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.

Triquita Keaosha Williams, of the 800 block of Westway Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 24 and charged with simple assault. She was confined at ADJ.

Sharnell Jermaine Carter, of the 800 block of West Way Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 24 and charged with assault on female. He was confined at ADJ for 48 hours.

Ronald H. Jensen, of the 1700 block of Uncle Buddy Drive, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons June 22 and charged with two counts of passing worthless checks.
