Jeffrey Davis, of the 900 block of Simpson Ditch Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 27 and charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule VI of a controlled substance, selling or delivering schedule VI and maintaining a dwelling. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $14,000 secured bond.

Christopher M. Campbell, of the 1700 block of Lobell Lane, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 27 and charged with grand jury indictment of financial card fraud, and six counts of grand jury indictment of forgery/uttering. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $7,000 secured bond.

James Knight, of the 800 block of Roanoke Avenue, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 27 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.

Adrian Tyrell Simpson, homeless, was arrested June 27 and charged with driving while license revoked and failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $10,800 secured bond.

William Covington, Jr. of the 400 block of Glad Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 28 and charged with larceny, carrying a concealed knife and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,500 secured bond.

Robert D. Hollowell, of the 600 block of Maple Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 28 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.

Matthew Scott Sconci, of the 900 block of Tuscora Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 29 and charged with driving wile license revoked. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $2,000 secured bond.

Marvin Ivan Zavala, of the 400 block of E. Burgess Street, was arrested June 30 and charged with two counts of failure to appear in court. A $65 secured bond was set.

Tavarr Spence Griffin, of the 700 block of S. Road Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 30 and charged with speeding to elude. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Kevin James Meekins, homeless, was arrested June 30 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Sheryl Hinton, of the 300 block of E. Broad Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 2 and charged with trespassing. She was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Pamela Elaine Brothers, of the 200 block of Roanoke Avenue, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 4 and charged with larceny of motor vehicle and selling and delivering a controlled substance. A $5,000 unsecured bond was set.

Vincent Birono Moreno, of the 600 block of Cardwell Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 4 and charged with driving while impaired and no operator's license. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $10,000 secured bond.

Tyrone Thomas Lewis, of the 500 block of Crocker Hill Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 4 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Michael Allen Kyles, of the 300 block of S. Dyer, Elizabeth City, was issued a citation July 5 and charged with carrying a concealed handgun and simple possession of schedule II of a controlled substance.

Taurus Mose Rogers, of the 300 block of Harney Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 5 and charged with assault on female and injury to personal property. He was confined at ADJ for 48 hours.

Kimberly Michelle Tillett, of the 100 block of Harding Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 6 and charged with possession of schedule II of a controlled substance, possession of schedule VI of a controlled substance and consuming alcohol on the street. A $500 secured bond was set.

Lakezen Tyshen Lowry, of the 1200 block of Shiloh Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 6 and charged with trespassing. He was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Salvin Perkins, of the 300 block of Persse Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 6 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,500 secured bond.

Fauto Dario Reyes-Sanchez, of the 800 block of N. Road Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 6 and charged with driving while impaired. A $500 secured bond was set.

Darryl Kapter Stallings, of the 300 block of Roanoke Avenue, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 7 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $200 secured bond.

Carolyn Jean Barrington, of the 500 block of Liberator Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 7 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. A $25,000 unsecured bond was set.
