Quanita Deisheka Felton, of the 100 block of Renaissance Circle, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 26 and charged with injury to personal property. She was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Rickey Lee Ainsley, Jr., of the 100 block of Olivet Circle, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 27 and charged with assault inflicting serious injury. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $3,000

secured bond.

Dymont Latrelle Spellman, homeless, was arrested June 27 and charged with assault inflicting serious injury. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $3,000 secured bond.

Wayne Augsburger, of the 100 block of Rivershore Drive, Hertford, was arrested June 27 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A $5,000 unsecured bond was set.

Jasmond Leashea Mitchell, of the 600 block of Pine Acres, Chapel Hill, was arrested June 27 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He says male was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,000

secured bond.

Amanda Michelle Wasilewski, of the 100 block of Olivet Circle, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 27 and charged with violation of a court order, harassing phone call and communicating threats. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,000

secured bond.

Ariel Lindsey Vann, of the 100 block of Olivet Circle, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons June 27 and charged with two counts of communicating threats and harassing phone call.

Earl Wallace Jeffers, III, of the 500 block of Lane Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 27 and charged with possession of weapons of mass destruction and larceny of dog. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $3,000 secured bond.

Jacob Ryan Elliott, of the 100 block of Sandpiper Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 28 and charged on a grand jury indictment on all of breaking and entering, felony larceny and possession of stolen goods. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $4,500 secured bond.

Robert Curtis Carlisle, of the 700 block of Okisko Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 28 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Dathan Zerah Sutton, of the 100 block of Cameron Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 28 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $500 secured bond was set.

Grant Creekmore Hilton, of the 100 block of Oak Street, Moyock, was issued a citation June 28 and charged with possession of alcohol under age 21.

Anthony Randolph Johnikins, of the 100 block of Mallard Drive, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons June 29 and charged with misrepresenting to prevent ESC benefit.

Melvina Monique Griffin, of the 600 block of U.S. 158, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 29 and charged with simple assault and communicating threats. She was released on a written promise to appear in court

as required.

Santonio Taurus Gregory, of the 600 block of U.S. 158, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 29 and charged with order of commitment and confinement. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $2,400 secured bond.

Trina Brandon Twine, of the 1300 block of Helen Avenue, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 6 and charged with breaking and entering and larceny. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $5,000 secured bond.
