Kenneth Randle Williams, of the 1200 block of Walker Ave., Elizabeth City, was arrested July 11 and charged with simple possession of schedule VI of a controlled substance.

Terrance Danyell Crutch, of the 100 block of Oak Grove Ave., Elizabeth City, was arrested July 11 and charged with trespassing and injury to real property. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Alfonzo Green, of the 1400 block of Southway, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 11 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $2,000 secured bond.

Daniel Turner Breland Jr., of the 500 block of Brown St., Elizabeth City, was arrested July 11 and charged with possession of schedule II of cocaine, possession of an open container of alcohol and maintaining a vehicle for the possession of a conrolled substance. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $3,000 secured bond.

Jerel Leon Jordan, of the 400 block of Tatem Lane, Elizabeth City, was cited July 11 for having an open container of alcohol. A $300 secured bond was set.

D'quel Najee Washington, of the 100 block of Lisa's Way, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 11 and charged with possession of schedule II of a controlled substance. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $2,000 secured bond.

Calvin Douglas Whidbee, of the 700 block of Trinkaloe Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 11 and charged with larceny.

Shaniqua La'Shae Carver, of the 700 block of Southern Ave., Elizabeth City, was arrested July 11 and charged with injury to personal property. She was released on a written promise to appear in court.

Michael Anthony Kellar, of the 1600 block of N. Road St., Elizabeth City, was arrested July 11 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $2,000 secured bond.

Ricky Lee Turner Jr., of the 600 block of W. Cypress St., Elizabeth City, was arrested July 11 and charged with resisting, delaying and obstructing a police officer. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Larry Upchurch, of the 200 block of Pritchard St., Elizabeth City, was arrested July 11 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Tasha Turner, of the 60 block of Cale St., Elizabeth City, was arrested July 11 and charged with failure to return rental property. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $300 secured bond.

Dwuan Lewis Williams, of the 1000 block of Jordan St., Elizabeth City, was issued a citation July 12 and charged with possession of schedule VI of a controlled substance.

John Lee Hill, of the 300 block of Big Willow Way, Raleigh, was arrested July 12 and charged with assault on female, breaking and entering and larceny. He was confined at ADJ and released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Loyd Skinner, of the 900 block of W. Main Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 12 and charged with trespassing. He was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Colleen Marie Dorsey, of the 400 block of E. Burgess, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 13 and charged with probation violation. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $25,000 secured bond.

Christina Marie Sergent, of the 100 block of Elgie Court, Elizabeth City, was issued a citation July 14 and charged with no operator's license and failure to carry license.

Steven Donnell Brooks, of the Narrons Mobile Home Park, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 14 and charged with communicating threats. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $10,000 secured bond.

James Christopher Robertson, of the 900 block of North Poindexter Street, Elizabeth City, was issued a citation July 15 and charged with simple assault.

Chrystal Amelia Morris, of the 700 block of Brooks Avenue, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons July 15 and charged with injury to personal property.

Evelyn Irene Riddick, homeless, was arrested July 16 and charged with larceny of motor vehicle. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $5,000 secured bond.

Christopher David Body, of the 300 block of Swingate Road, Hertford, was arrested July 15 and charged with assault on female. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Alisha Michelle White of the 700 block of Grady Street, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons July 15 and charged with simple assault and communicating threats. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Keith Thomas Johnson, of the 1100 block of Northside Road, Lot 8, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 16 and charged with simple possession of marijuana. He was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Chelsea Lee Cody, of the 900 block of Stratford Road, Edenton, was arrested July 16 and charged with driving while impaired. She was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

David Edwards Rindels, of the 200 block of Planters Run, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 17, and charged with shoplifting concealment of goods. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Carlos Raul Queqezana, of the 300 block of E. Burgess Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 17 and charged with possession of schedule II of a controlled substance. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.

Julian Perez Sanchez, of the 1400 block of Peartree Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 17 and charged with possession of schedule II of a controlled substance and driving while impaired. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $2,000 secured bond.

Ronald Joseph Norton, of the 200 block of Bingham Road, South Mills, was arrested June 30 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. He was confined at ADJ for 48 hours.

Marvin McPherson, of the 100 block of Publo Road, South Mills was arrested June 30 and charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule II of a controlled substance and sale and delivery of schedule II. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $15,000 secured bond.

Donalius Tyrone Smith, of the 500 block of Main Street, South Mills, was arrested July 2 and charged with communicating threats. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Shelly Ann Perry, of the 100 block of B Street, Camden, was arrested July 2 and charged with two counts of failure to appear in court as required. A $500 secured bond was set.
