Elizabeth City Police

Tyrone Eugene Tillett, of the 700 block of Roanoke Avenue, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 17 and charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule VI of a controlled substance. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $50,000 secured bond.

Brittany Nichole Marion Bagley, of the 700 block of North Road Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 18 and charged with injury to real property and injury to personal property. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.

Vincente Birono Moreno, of the 600 block of Cardwell Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 18 and charged with unauthorized use of motor vehicle. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.

Marissa Mattie Linton, of the 400 block of Tatem Lane, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 18 and charged with shoplifting. She was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Jermell Donte Grubbs, of the 300 block of W. Cypress Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 18 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.

Natoyia Harvey, of the 100 block of Haywood Smith Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 18 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $400 secured bond.
