Pasquotank Sheriff

Terrence Danelle Crutch, of the 100 block of Oak Grove Ave., Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons July 14 and charged with selling or delivering drugs and possession of schedule II of a controlled substance. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $20,000 secured bond.

Stephanie Jo Allison, of the 800 block of Pitts Chapel Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 16 and charged with obtaining property by false pretense. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.

Jeffrey Allen Webb Jr. of the Winslow Mobile Home Park, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 20 and charged with simple assault and affray, communicating threats and resisting arrest. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $2,500 secured bond.

Wilbert Perry Jr. of the 100 block of Jason Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 20 and charged with carrying a concealed weapon. An $200 unsecured bond was set.
