Susan Emily Burgess, of the 200 block of E. Broad Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 20 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $2,000 secured bond.

Eugene Williams, Jr. of the 600 block of Crooked Run Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 20 and charged with injury to personal property. He was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Jeffery Carlyle Elliott, of the 200 block of Roscoe Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 21 and charged with larceny. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Dante Windell Alexander, of the 500 block of York Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 21 and charged with assault and battery. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Rasheen Raymond Williams, of the 200 block of Queen Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 22 and charged with assault and battery. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Terrill Marcel Jordan, of the 400 block of Tatem Lane, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 22 and charged with assault and battery. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Antron Deshawn Brown, of the 1000 block of Goodwin Avenue, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 21 and charged with assault and battery. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Christina Lynn Crane, of the 500 block of Alton Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 21 and charged with larceny of motor vehicle. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $3,000 secured bond.

Tony Tyrell Commander, of the 700 block of Factory Street, Elizabeth City, was issued a citation July 10 and charged with driving while license revoked.

Daphney Lynetta Rountree, of the 100 block of Beechwood Avenue, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 21 and charged with aiding and abetting larceny. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Gary Devon Hayward, of the 300 block of Shadneck Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 22 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,500 secured bond.
