Pasqoutank Sheriff

Felicia Dawn Duncan, of the 600 block of Old U.S. 17, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 22 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Brent Thomas Mason, of the 400 block of Firetower Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 23 and charged with attempted first degree rape, statutory rape/sex offender def.>6 yr. (that's how it's typed up), and indecent liberties with a child. He was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.

Camden Sheriff

George W. Wilson, of the 100 block of Bloodfield Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 15 and charged with five counts of failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $12,000 secured bond.

Na Nguyen, of the 4000 block of Columbia Street, Orlando, Fla. was arrested July 15 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $5,000 unsecured bond was set.

Jeffery Lee Self, of the 200 block of Canal Drive, South Mills, was arrested July 16 and charged with assault on a handicapped person. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Evelyn Irene Riddick, homeless, was arrested July 16 and charged with possession of stolen vehicle, driving while impaired, and driving while license revoked. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.

Jerel Hughes, of the 200 block of Wikcham Road, Shiloh, was arrested July 16 and charged with assault on a female. A $200 unsecured bond was set.

Steven Johnson, of the 100 block of U.S. Hwy. 158 W., Elizabeth City, was arrested July 19 and charged with passing a worthless check. A $500 secured bond was set.

Gregory Vanborn, of the 900 block of S. Hwy. 343, Shiloh, was arrested July 19 and charged with assault on female, and trespassing. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $2,000 secured bond.

Elizabeth City Police

Johnathan Kleisch, of the 600 block of Forest Park Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 18 and charged with financial card fraud. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $5,000 secured bond.

Michael Anthony Kellar, of the 1600 block of N. Road Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 19 and charged with assault on female. He was released on a written promise to appear in court as required.
