Raymond Purnell Hughes, of the 200 block of Roscoe Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 26 and charged with driving while impaired and no operator's license. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

Anastasia Marcella Perinis, of the 500 block of Okisko Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 26 and charged with possession of schedule II of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $2,400 secured bond.

Lorrie Cass Hunt, of Bartlett Avenue, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 27 and charged with driving while impaired. A $400 unsecured bond was set.

Pedro Ramirez Perez, of unknown, was arrested July 27 and charged with possession of fraudulent form of I.D. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $20,000 secured bond.

Dwuan Letas Williams, of the 1000 block of Jordan Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested June 27 and charged with possession of schedule II of a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $7,000 secured bond.

Tyree Deshawn Bell, of the 600 block of York Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 28 and charged with driving while impaired, speeding and resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $3,500 secured bond.

Albert Will Williams, of the 200 block of North Dyer Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 28 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Devona Janel Simpson, of the 700 block of Washington, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 28 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Tyrone Mitchell, of the 500 block of Madrinn Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 28 and charged with breaking and entering and larceny. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $2,000 secured bond.

Floyd Clifton Forbes, of the 900 block of Parsonage Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 28 and charged with failure to appear in court as required.

Jermaine Durell Spence, of the 600 block of Factory Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 28 and charged with two counts of failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at the Department of Corrections in lieu of a $18,00 unsecured bond.

Kimberly Lyrell Welch, of the 100 block of Pintail Crescent, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 28 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.

Charlie Junior Skinner, of the 1500 block of Herrington Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 29 and charged with assault on a female. A $500 unsecured bond was set.
