Latoya Darshay Tillman, of the 500 block of Lane St., Elizabeth City, was arrested July 29 and charged with simple assault and assault with a deadly weapon. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Barbara Linton Ellis, of the 1100 block of Park St., Elizabeth City, was arrested July 29 and charged with simple assault. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Renise Nicole Ellis, of the 1100 block of Park St., Elizabeth City, was arrested July 29 and charged with simple assault. A $500 secured bond was set.

Donchez Dejuan Gramby, of the 1300 block of Herrington Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested July 29 and charged with resisting, delaying or obstructing a police officer. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $800 secured bond.

Skylar Jevelle Holley, of the 200 block of East Albemarle St., Edenton, was arrested July 29 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $50,000 secured bond.

Kenyatta La'More Parker, of the 200 block of Oak Grove Ave., Elizabeth City, was arrested July 30 and charged with communicating threats.
