Rodney Lovell Weeks, 20, of 702 Anderson St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Aug. 8 and charged with second-degree rape. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $25,000 secured bond.

Milton Lee Barcliff Sr., 22, of 314 Westover St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Aug. 8 and charged with driving while license revoked, displaying fictitious registration and driving with no insurance. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.

Phillip Douglas Spence, 54, of 1403 Lot 42 River Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Aug. 8 and charged with driving while impaired and driving while license revoked. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $3,000 secured bond.

Michel Horace Chambers, 47, of 712 Fleetwood St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Aug. 9 and charged with breaking and entering, larceny and assault on a female. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $4,500 secured bond.

Wade Jackson McNeal, 18 of 138 River Bridge Road, South Mills, was arrested Aug. 8 and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Jermaine Rossie William, 24, of 203 W. Burgess St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule II of a controlled substance and selling cocaine. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $5,000 secured bond.

Zack Robertson, 22, of 115 S. Griffin St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Aug. 9 and charged with trespassing.

Donald Ray Gibbs, Jr., 27, of 812 Ray St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Aug. 10 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $2,400 secured bond.
