Tax clinic to close Monday. Northeastern Community Development Corp.'s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Clinic will be closed today for the Easter holiday. The clinic will reopen Monday, March 31, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. every Monday through April 15. Call 338-5466 ext. 28.
