Kay Leigh Shannon Brown, 18, of 105 Chestnut Drive, Moyock, was arrested March 4 and charged with misdemeanor assault and battery. A $500 secured bond was set.

Anitra Jones Bailey, 35, of 117 Dozier St., Jarvisburg, was issued a criminal summons March 4 and charged with violation of the county's animal restraining ordinance.

John Benjamin Muse, 42, of 215 James Way, Jarvisburg, was arrested March 4 and charged with two counts of failure to appear in court as ordered. A $1,600 secured bond was set.

Douglas Bruce Allsop, 27, of 10630 White Rabbit Road, Richmond, Va., was arrested March 5 and charged with driving while impaired and no operator license. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Christopher Thomas Jones, 18, of 814 Cannonade Trail, Virginia Beach, Va., was arrested March 5 and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

Latoya Sherrie Bryant, 23, of 159 N. Gregory Road, Shawboro, was arrested March 5 and charged with simple assault.

George Henry Hayden III, 55, of 106 Sumac Lane, Point Harbor, was arrested March 5 and charged with possession of weapons by a felon, felonious possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, felonious possession of cocaine, maintaining a place/vehicle for a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $25,000 secured bond was set.

Jeffrey Carol Snead, 37, of 914 Waterlily Road, Coinjock, was arrested March 7 and charged with feloniously manufacturing marijuana, felonious possession of marijuana, felonious possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, feloniously maintaining a place for a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $12,500 secured bond was set.

Eric Michael Fugent, 36, of 2081 Tulls Creek Road, Moyock, was arrested March 7 and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

Allen Dozier, 44, of 235 Sanderlin Road, Shawboro, was issued a criminal summons March 7 for passing a worthless check.

Rebecca Ann Vesley, 31, of 124 S. Keler St., Jarvisburg, was arrested March 8 and charged with no operator license. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

Michael Alexander McClenny, 21, of 155 S. Tuggle Road, Moyock, was arrested March 8 and charged with felonious possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Lorenzo Terron Etheridge, 26, of 1704 Weeksville Road, Complex F 202-1, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 8 and charged with assault on a female. He was confined at the Currituck County Detention Center.

Anthony Douglas Chapple Jr., 23, of 2220 Briarfield Drive, Kinston, N.C., was arrested March 11 and charged with two felony probation violations.

Jeffrey Robert Mitchell, 18, of 102 Bermuda Lane, Moyock, was arrested March 11 and charged with violation of a valid protective order. He was confined at the CCDC.

Charles Alexander Bedford, 19, of 1139 Little Bay Ave., Norfolk, Va., was cited March 12 for misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Michael Craig Strickland, 23, of 103 Covey Lane, Moyock, was arrested March 12 and charged with feloniously conspiring to sell/deliver cocaine, felonious possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, feloniously selling or delivering cocaine, felonious possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana and feloniously selling or delivering marijuana. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

Thomas Robert Kyper Jr., 33, of 103 Covey Lane, Moyock, was arrested March 12 and charged with feloniously conspiring to sell/deliver cocaine. A $1,500 secured bond was set.

Justin Evan Englund, 25, of 1176 Keithfield Road, Md., was arrested March 12 and charged with seven counts of injury to real property. A $1,400 secured bond was set.

Luis Gustavo Alvarez Jr., 28, of 177 Woodhouse Road, Moyock, was arrested March 12 and charged with misdemeanor larceny, felony forgery of checks/bank notes, and felony forgery- uttering.

Pamela Doris Sleva, 47, of 13192 Bloomfield Road, Kennedyville, Md., was arrested March 12 and charged with feloniously attempting to possess with the intent to sell/deliver cocaine, and simple possession of a controlled substance. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

Kenneth Dwayne Midgett, 47, of 110 Priddy Farm Road, Poplar Branch, was arrested March 12 and charged with feloniously passing a worthless check. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
