Mark Andrew Harvey, 44, of 111 East Durham St., Kill Devil Hills, was cited June 22 for misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

John Jacob Claude Banks, 25, of 767 Poplar Branch Road, Grandy, was arrested June 22 and charged with felony assault inflicting physical injury, misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury, and violation of a domestic violence protective order. He was confined at the CCDC.
